BNP can learn a bit of "politics" from this picture. Just about 10 years ago, Awami League stallwarts ran to Banshkhali Chittagong and held a protest during BNPJamaat rule when members of a hindu home were burned alive. From the right Late Sultanul Kabir, Mostafa Jalal Mohiuddin, Aktaruzzaman Babu, MA Jalil, Matia Chowdhury, Sajeda Chowdhury, Shuronjit Sen, Abdus Shahid, Moslem Uddin, ABM Mohiuddin, Obaidul Qader, Saber Hossain, (behind is our grassroot activist Hasan Mansur) all went with Sheikh Hasina, in a village deep in Chittagong to highlight BNPJamaat brutality. How many times BNP leaders had gone outside Dhaka and held impromptu rallies like this in remote Bangladesh in last 9 years? Zero. This is why Awami League is a political party & BNP is a Cantonment born diplomatic enclave resident, lobby group not political party. Awami League should take pride and ownership of this grass root politics.
